Cancellation Policy for the Purchase of Goods

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following stipulation, with consumers being any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can largely not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Every customer can withdraw from the concluded contract before the goods have been shipped out on our part. This is done by sending a written cancellation declaration without giving reasons. For this it is sufficient if the notice of withdrawal is sent within this period.

If products are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contacting will have no consequences. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us at support@weifera.com of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail).
